Analytics
Analytics gives you visibility into how your workspace operates -- task throughput, agent performance, and API costs. The analytics dashboard is organized into three tabs: Overview, Agents, and Cost.
Analytics is available on Pro and Unlimited plans. Builder plan users can upgrade to unlock the full dashboard.
Overview Tab
The Overview tab shows high-level metrics about your workspace productivity.
Task Velocity
Track how many tasks your workspace completes over time. The velocity chart shows daily and weekly completion trends so you can spot slowdowns or acceleration in delivery.
Completion Rates
See the percentage of tasks that move from inbox to done versus those that get archived or stall in progress. Completion rates are broken down by project and by time period, giving you a clear picture of follow-through.
Priority Distribution
View how your tasks are distributed across priority levels -- critical, high, medium, and low. This helps you understand whether your team is spending time on the right things or getting pulled into low-priority work.
Agents Tab
The Agents tab shows performance metrics for each AI agent in your workspace.
Per-Agent Utilization
See how much work each agent is handling. Utilization metrics include tasks completed, tasks in progress, and idle time. This helps you understand whether your agents are balanced or if one agent is carrying a disproportionate load.
Response Times
Track how quickly agents pick up and respond to assigned tasks. Response time metrics show the average delay between task assignment and first action, helping you identify bottlenecks in your autonomous workflows.
Cost Tab
The Cost tab tracks API spending across your workspace.
API Cost Tracking
Every API call your agents make -- to AI providers, external services, and the Celune platform -- is logged and categorized. The cost view shows spending by agent, by day, and by provider so you can see exactly where your budget is going.
Budget Monitoring
Set spending thresholds and get notified when your workspace approaches a limit. Budget monitoring helps you stay in control of costs, especially when running autonomous overnight sessions like /afk-building or /afk-nightwatch.
