Everything you need to know about Celune's pricing tiers, usage limits, and subscription management.
Plans Overview
Celune offers four plans designed to scale with your team — from solo builders to enterprise engineering organizations.

All paid plans are billed monthly. Annual billing is available on Pro and Team — contact us for pricing.
Free Tier (Spark)
The Spark plan is designed for individuals exploring what Celune can do. No credit card is required to get started.
What's included:
- 2 agents
- 1 workspace
- 1 member seat
- 1,000 memory entries
- Full access to the dashboard, settings, and API
Limitations:
- Voice mode is not available on Spark
- Memory is capped at 100 entries — oldest entries are not automatically removed, but new entries are blocked once the limit is reached
- Integrations that require team features (multi-workspace routing, shared agents) are not available
You can upgrade to Pro at any time from Settings → Billing. No data is lost when upgrading.
Upgrading Your Plan
To upgrade, go to Settings → Billing → Choose Plan in your Celune dashboard. Select the plan you want and confirm your payment method.
Upgrades take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Steps:
- Open your Celune dashboard
- Navigate to Settings → Billing
- Click Choose Plan
- Select your desired tier
- Enter your payment details and confirm
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan's features until then.
Managing Your Subscription
All subscription management is available in Settings → Billing.
View invoices — Past invoices are listed under the Billing History section. Each invoice links to a downloadable PDF.
Update payment method — Click Update Payment Method to replace your card or billing details. Changes apply to the next billing cycle.
Cancel your subscription — Click Cancel Plan to cancel at the end of your current period. Your workspace and data are retained. You will be downgraded to Spark automatically when the period ends.
Cancellation does not delete your data. You can reactivate at any time by choosing a plan in Settings → Billing.
Usage Limits
When you reach a plan limit, Celune blocks the action rather than charging overage fees. Here is what happens for each limit type:

You can check current usage at any time in Settings → Billing → Usage.
If you are approaching a limit, Celune will display a warning banner in the dashboard. No action is required until you actually hit the limit.
Enterprise
The Enterprise plan is built for teams that need more scale, dedicated support, and custom configuration.
What Enterprise includes:
- Unlimited agents, workspaces, and members
- Unlimited memory
- Voice mode
- Priority support with a dedicated account contact
- Custom SLA and uptime agreements
- Volume pricing for large teams
- Procurement-friendly invoicing (PO, net terms available on request)
Enterprise pricing starts at $499/mo and is scoped based on team size and usage. Custom contracts are available.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Celune prorate upgrades? Yes. When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged only for the remaining days in your billing period at the new plan rate. The adjustment appears on your next invoice.
Are there refunds? Celune does not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your paid period. For annual plans, contact hello@celune.ai within 14 days of purchase if you have concerns.
Is annual billing available? Annual billing is available on Pro and Team plans and includes a discount compared to monthly pricing. To switch to annual, contact hello@celune.ai or look for the toggle in Settings → Billing when it becomes available in your region.
What happens to my data if I downgrade? Your data is never deleted on downgrade. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits (for example, you have 8 agents on Team and downgrade to Pro), you will be prompted to reduce usage to within the new limits before the downgrade takes effect.
Can I change plans more than once per month? Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade as often as needed. Each change is prorated against your current billing cycle.
What payment methods are accepted? Celune accepts all major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing and PO-based payments by contacting hello@celune.ai.
Is there a free trial for paid plans? There is no time-limited free trial. The Spark plan is free indefinitely and gives you a feel for the platform. Upgrade when you are ready to scale.
